REFUND POLICY
How to Request a Refund
If a pack doesn’t meet your expectations, simply contact us within 3 days of purchase through our email contact@teknolibrary.org please include:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of why the product didn’t meet your needs
Once approved, we’ll process your refund promptly.
Refund Limitations & Conditions
To keep things fair for everyone, please note the following:
- Bundle Refunds: We do not offer full refunds on bundle purchases. Instead, we provide a partial refund equivalent to one sample pack, due to the number of packs included.
- Usage Rights: Once a refund is issued, you forfeit the right to use any Tekno Library content from that purchase, including samples, presets, loops, vocals, MIDI files, and other digital assets.
- Fraud Prevention: If we detect fraudulent activity (e.g., repeatedly purchasing packs, requesting refunds, and continuing to use the content), we reserve the right to deny refunds at our discretion.
- Cooling-Off Period: The standard 14-day cooling-off period (as stated in EU regulations) does not apply once a pack has been downloaded. We track downloads via our provider to verify usage.
- Refund Frequency: We allow only one refund every six months per customer. If you have already received a refund, you must wait six months before requesting another.
- Accidental Purchases: We do not offer refunds for accidental purchases. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.
