Refund Policy

How to request a refund

If a sample pack doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a refund by contacting me within 3 days of purchase at
contact@teknolibrary.store

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A short explanation of why the product didn’t meet your needs

If the request is approved, the refund will be processed as soon as possible.

Refund limitations & conditions

To keep things fair and transparent, please note the following:

  • Digital products: All products sold on Tekno Library are digital downloads. Once a pack has been downloaded, the standard 14-day EU cooling-off period does not apply. Download activity is tracked to verify usage.

  • Bundle purchases: Full refunds are not available for bundles. In such cases, a partial refund equivalent to one sample pack may be issued due to the number of products included.

  • Usage rights: If a refund is granted, you must stop using all content from that purchase, including samples, loops, presets, MIDI files, and other digital assets.

  • Refund frequency: Only one refund per customer every six months is allowed.

  • Accidental purchases: Refunds are not offered for accidental purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

  • Fraud prevention: Refunds may be denied in cases of suspected abuse, such as repeated purchases followed by refund requests while continuing to use the content.

Who operates Tekno Library?

Tekno Library is operated by an individual seller, Vremir Bence, based in Romania. The store focuses exclusively on digital audio sample packs for music producers.
